The executive director summary is arguably the most important section of the patronage designing. It must be concise, specific, and well-written. It summarizes the highlights of the completed avocation architectural plan and provides a brief scene of the plan, with sales, spending, and profit summary figures. The summary emphasizes those factors that will make the business a success. This document sets forth the current status of operations, the focusing structure and organization, and the identification of key personnel. If the plan is being created for an existing business, historical information is also included.
